Give a White Coat to a Nursing Student
A Message from Dean Greer Glazer:
This fall over 200 graduate and undergraduate nursing students will be welcomed to the UC College of Nursing in our annual White Coat Ceremony.
For our students, their white coat is an important symbol of the professional responsibilities they accept as nursing students and as practitioners upon graduation.
We hope to make this ceremony especially memorable by reminding students of the strong community of alumni, donors, faculty, family and friends who support them in their journey. Will you help us celebrate this special tradition by making a white coat sponsorship gift of $50 or more?
Through this special gift, you'll be paying it forward – warmly welcoming these students into the UC College of Nursing family and making an impact on the next generation of healthcare providers. You can also add a personal note of support for the incoming student you sponsor.
Please make your gift by August 1 to ensure all students receive their sponsored white coat, including your personalized words of encouragement in the front pocket, in time for the ceremony.
