Support Bearcat Bands' campaign to put a quality instrument in the hands of all student members. <p><span>[[Amount Raised]]</span> raised from <span>[[Gifts Received]]</span> gifts.</p> <strong>Why support the Bearcat Bands?</strong>   Inspired by the Marching Band's 65+ year traditional CHARGE! down the Nippert Stadium steps at home football games, Charge into the Next Century is the Bearcat Bands' initiative to put a quality instrument in the hands of every band member. Our goals are to:<ol><li>REPLACE: provide quality instruments that all look and sound alike for every student in the Band,</li><li>REPAIR: allow for additional instrument purchases to accommodate the growth and popularity of the band,</li><li>ENDOW: establish a fund for ongoing instrument maintenance and repair.</li></ol> Many students in the band program currently use their personal instruments in all-weather situations. Rain, for example, can do considerable damage to a woodwind instrument. In addition, a good number of instruments in our school-owned inventory are very depreciated and even irreparable.  Our supportive fans, family, and friends are helping us to purchase and maintain new instruments meaning that we will no longer have to burden students with this substantial expense, and we will not have to turn students away who do not have their own instrument. Further, the uniformity of sound and appearance resulting from the consistent use of high-quality instruments will be transformative. <em>Bearcat Bands is a unit of UC’s Division of Student Affairs, and maintains partnerships with UC Athletics and the College-Conservatory of Music. Students receive little to no scholarship support for their participation in the band. The band relies on funding from student fees and the generous support of donors.</em>

CFLC will maintain and enhance the tradition, passion and strength of the University of Cincinnati Bearcats football program through a dedication to connecting former players to the university, the football program and each other. CFLC will be a key piece in the culture around the Cincinnati Bearcats football program that pushes UC to stand among the best programs in college athletics, in all phases. The success and influence of the Cincinnati Football Lettermen's Club comes from not only what we've done as players but also what we continue to provide as alumni, in presence and resources. This donation platform will enable us to create a CFLC exclusive discretionary fund from which we can draw for events, gear, and anything else we see as part of our mission to create a thorough, connected alumni network and to ensure the University of Cincinnati football program is operating at the highest level. By providing our CFLC members UCATS membership and providing financial resources directly to the football program, we ensure the health of the football program, which is one of the foundational goals of CFLC.

College-Conservatory of Music A dedicated group of CCM students have been invited to bring their passion, creativity and talent to the world’s most iconic performing arts gathering: The Edinburgh Fringe Festival! For our young artists, this is more than just a performance opportunity; this is a chance for our students to share their craft, grow as performers, and represent the University of Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music on a global scale. Rehearsals are already underway to begin preparing for August 2026, and we can guarantee that our students are putting their hearts into these unforgettable performances. Participating in the Edinburgh Fringe Festival comes with significant costs, including flights, accommodations, registration, rehearsal spaces, and more. Every contribution helps to break down these costs and ensure that there is no financial barrier in this opportunity for our students. Support Bearcats Electric Racing as we design our most advanced vehicle yet. Your gift will help fund new electric motors for the 2027 competition! Bearcats Electric Racing <strong>Our Goal: Build a Championship-Caliber 2027 Racecar</strong> Bearcats Electric Racing is a team of more than 90 University of Cincinnati students who design, manufacture, and race a formula-style electric racecar. Every component of our vehicle is developed by students, providing hands-on experience in engineering, manufacturing, software development, project management, and innovation. Since our founding in 2020, we have rapidly established ourselves as one of the nation's top collegiate electric racing teams. Most recently, we earned <strong>16th</strong><strong> place nationally</strong>, building on years of growth, dedication, and technical achievement. <strong>Pushing Performance to the Next Level</strong> Our 2027 racecar will feature a completely redesigned drivetrain built around brand-new wheel-mounted electric motors and integrated gearbox systems. These cutting-edge technologies will transform the performance of our vehicle and provide invaluable learning opportunities for current and future students. These upgrades are expected to deliver:<ul><li>A 360% increase in power-to-weight ratio</li><li>Reduced overall vehicle weight by 30 kg (66 lbs)</li><li>Improved vehicle dynamics and handling</li><li>Faster lap times in all competition events</li></ul> <strong>Why We Need Your Support</strong> To successfully integrate these new systems and meet critical engineering deadlines, we must raise <strong>$19,700 by September 1</strong>. Funding from this campaign will directly support the purchase of the wheel-mounted motors and associated drivetrain components that will serve as the foundation of our next-generation vehicle. These motors represent a long-term investment in the team. They will be reused for multiple seasons, supporting future generations of Bearcats Electric Racing students and enabling years of continued innovation and competitive success. <strong>Invest in Student Innovation</strong> Your support does more than fund parts and equipment — it provides students with hands-on opportunities to solve real engineering challenges, develop industry-ready skills, and represent the University of Cincinnati on a national stage. Help empower and fuel the next generation of UC aerospace engineers by supporting senior capstone projects in aircraft, engine, and rocketry. CEAS Senior year is an exciting time for students in the University of Cincinnati’s Department of Aerospace Engineering. As part of their capstone design experience, students have the opportunity to take what they have learned in the classroom and apply it to real-world aerospace challenges. Working in teams, our seniors design, develop, test, and refine innovative aerospace systems and solutions <strong>in aircraft, engine, and rocket design</strong>. From the earliest stages of brainstorming and engineering analysis to building prototypes and demonstrating their final designs, these projects give students valuable hands-on experience that prepares them for careers in the aerospace industry. But bringing these ideas to life takes more than creativity and engineering expertise. Students need access to materials, components, equipment, software, and other resources to design and build their projects. <strong>Your support can help make that possible.</strong> Gifts to this crowdfunding project will directly support senior capstone design projects, helping students move their ideas from the drawing board to reality. Your contribution can provide the resources students need to experiment, solve problems, learn from failure, and ultimately see their designs take flight.
