For nearly 10 years, the University of Cincinnati College of Nursing celebrated our sophomore students’ transition to clinical practice by holding a White Coat Ceremony. While the white coat has long been associated with science, wearing it while practicing is not always practical. Starting in 2025, we will celebrate this important milestone in a Clinical Commitment Ceremony, reinforcing our students' commitment to providing compassionate and safe care to their patients, by presenting them with a UC stethoscope.
We hope to make it especially memorable by reminding students of the strong community of alumni, donors, faculty, family and friends who support them in their journey. Will you help us celebrate this special tradition by making a stethoscope sponsorship gift of $50 or more?
Through this special gift, you'll be paying it forward – warmly welcoming these students into the UC College of Nursing family. You can also add a personal note of support for the incoming student you sponsor.
