This summer, the University of Cincinnati volleyball team heads to Europe for an 11-day, 5-country adventure offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play against top international competition, see wonderful new places, experience other cultures, and build team chemistry going into the fall season. Many of our alumni have gone on to successful international careers, and our current players will benefit from their initial exposure to the thriving international volleyball scene.
During their European trek, the Bearcats will visit The Netherlands (Amsterdam), Czech Republic (Prague), Austria (Vienna), Slovenia (Maribor and Bled), and Italy (Venice). This trip is the starting point for the team to reach its 2018 goals — to win an American Athletic Conference championship and earn a spot in the NCAA Tournament.
All gifts will go toward the UC Athletics Women’s Excellence Fund in support of the volleyball program.
